- Send plan to town board for adoption. Board will need to:
- Read/review plan
- Hold a Public Hearing within 90 day of receipt of Plan (public notice required)
- Conduct a SEQR (full environmental assessment)
- County Planning Board Review (30 days)
- Adoption via resolution
